Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • TOPPING
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix topping and set to the side.
  3. Sift together the dry ingredients.
  4. Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer.
  5. Add eggs and beat well.
  6. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
  7. Stir in the vanilla.
  8. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with have of the topping mixture.
  9. Pour remaining batter, spread and add remaining topping.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes.
